The Greater Central Florida Tech Faire + HatterHacks is a 36-hour event split into two portions: a “Day of Learning” and a hackathon, which we call “HatterHacks.” The event hosts individuals with an interest and passion for technology who then have the chance to work collaboratively on projects and find solutions! These solutions generally take the form of websites, games, mobile applications, and robots. This year’s event is Stetson's fifth annual Hackathon.
During the event attendees will have the chance to attend the Day of Learning, a 12-hour period of back-to-back workshops and crash courses, where participants learn new languages and techniques in computer science. Followed by the 24-hour hackathon where all hackers have the opportunity to apply the new skills that they’ve learned throughout the day to their projects at the coding competition!
